I. By accessing telpify’s website and software applications (hereinafter “our Platform”) you agree to be bound by the terms of use described herein and by all terms, policies and guidelines incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not access our website and software applications.

II. You acknowledge that the Platform, all of its associated content and intellectual property are vested in telpify (hereinafter “the Company”), our licensors, integration partners and – where applicable – third party providers, and that unauthorised use thereof is expressly prohibited.

III. By accessing our Platform you represent and warrant that you are over the age of 18 (or the majority in your country) and are lawfully able to accept these Terms of Use. If you are using our Platform on behalf of an entity, you further represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms of Use on such entity’s behalf, and that such entity agrees to indemnify the company for violations of these Terms of Use.

IV. You agree to hold the Company harmless, as well as our subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, agents, third party information providers ad independent contractors against any and all claims, damages, cost, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your registration, subscription, purchase and/or use of our Platform.

V. The Company, its directors, members, employees or agents do not assume any liability for damages of any kind arising from the registration, subscription, purchase or use of our Platform or the unavailability of the same, including, but not limited to, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of data, loss of profits and any direct, indirect, incidential, punitive, special or consequential damages.

VI. Our Terms of Use, policies and guidelines are governed by and will be interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and all disputes, claims and other matters in connection with the Terms of Use will be determined in accordance with such laws.

In this context, you may receive general information, transaction-related communications, billing reminders and process notifications that are associated with our Platform.

You are free to let us know if you do not wish to receive any of the aforementioned communications and acknowledge that this would impact your access and usage of our Platform and effectively end your contract with us

VI. On occasions, we may share your personal information with third parties as a condition for providing you with a certain type of service on our Platform. You expressly consent to us sharing your personal information with service providers who perform services on our behalf and acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for what happens to your personal data once it has been transmitted to a third party that acts as a service provider to us.

VII. telpify is not liable for any direct, special, incidental, indirect, economic, consequential or punitive damages (including without limitation, loss of business, data or loss of profits) arising out of or connected with this privacy policy.
